Objectives
Siemens was in a battle for talent, but even Siemens’ own employees didn’t grasp just how incredible the company is. We needed to drive employee engagement, connecting both employees across the globe and future talent to Siemens.
Starting conversations
Employees were encouraged to capture and share their everyday experiences at Siemens. Inspiring a global community to write, film, and share content, we were able to renew a sense of purpose and spark global conversation.
Events
Providing the platform for a global community to promote and host talks and events allowed the wider Siemens team to be inspired by all aspects of the business
